Have a heat pump split system which stopped working last week. Eugene from Airnizer came and gave us a free estimate. He was wearing a mask. After some diagnostics, he gave me options of how I can proceed. Repair, Replacement, or upgrade. He broke down the cost of each. Ended up going with a condensing unit replacement. Eugene followed up a few days after the visit and he was able to procure the equipment and start work within 2 days. The work was completed in a day and he cleaned up and took the old unit with him. Our split system is back running after he replace the unit and cleaned and purged the lines. We will have heat for the winter. Eugene was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. Airnizer contacted me on a Saturday when I requested help for freezing air handlers in my split AC system. The crew at Airnizer came out promptly on Monday assuming the problem with was a simple refrigerant refill and found more than they bargained for, a shoddy installation job with crossed wiring. Throughout the investigative process they outlined their theories, plans, rates, and were openly communicating with my wife and I the entire time. Once they were able to prove their theory they fixed the wires in a couple of hours. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the installation issues and fixed the wiring without missing a beat. Not only did they refill the refrigerant but they fixed the AC system so it works better than it ever has, all units blowing cold and no more freezing! ~ Joey D
Very professional, informative, honest, and patient. Thoroughly explained the optimal setup for multiple units in the house for the compressors and the AC unit placements and provided reasons (ex:safety, optimal airflow and cooling) as well as other options that can work with pros and cons. Even explained the pros and cons of different brands as well as other electrical works required to accommodate the additional electrical needs as this is upgrade from old AC with an additional unit. This was all during just at the on site inspection for estimates and would highly recommend as they were very responsive via phone calls, texts, and emails to ensure I was informed of their visit at a scheduled time as well as accurate ETA. ~ Chul L
