Airnizer contacted me on a Saturday when I requested help for freezing air handlers in my split AC system. The crew at Airnizer came out promptly on Monday assuming the problem with was a simple refrigerant refill and found more than they bargained for, a shoddy installation job with crossed wiring. Throughout the investigative process they outlined their theories, plans, rates, and were openly communicating with my wife and I the entire time. Once they were able to prove their theory they fixed the wires in a couple of hours. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the installation issues and fixed the wiring without missing a beat. Not only did they refill the refrigerant but they fixed the AC system so it works better than it ever has, all units blowing cold and no more freezing! ~ Joey D

Have a heat pump split system which stopped working last week. Eugene from Airnizer came and gave us a free estimate. He was wearing a mask. After some diagnostics, he gave me options of how I can proceed. Repair, Replacement, or upgrade. He broke down the cost of each. Ended up going with a condensing unit replacement. Eugene followed up a few days after the visit and he was able to procure the equipment and start work within 2 days. The work was completed in a day and he cleaned up and took the old unit with him. Our split system is back running after he replace the unit and cleaned and purged the lines. We will have heat for the winter. Eugene was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. Highly recommend. I own a town house in Bed-Stuy and hired Airnizer to install a mini-split system for the whole house. Within a day of contacting them I had an estimate, within two days they were here doing work, and in just over a week the entire system was installed and working. Everything was on time, on budget. I especially liked how straight forward Eugene was with cost/benefit analysis, pricing options, different units. It was very transparent and let me make an informed decision. Their pricing is very competitive. Eugene and his team are also just nice, friendly, hardworking guys who were very respectful of the house, cleaned up, and were considerate with our dogs and some working from home during the week. ~ David

We just had heat pump/mini splits installed. Eugene (and his workers who were all polite, professional, hardworking and on time) met or exceeded every representation he made. our house was inspected on May 19. We received estimates for different configurations with various manufacturers on May 20. I sent Eugene several specific questions on May 22 and he responded May 23. We agreed on the job on May 25. Eugene said the work would start on June 5 and take 5-7 days. The work started on June 5 and took just over 4 days. Eugene, the owner, was on site every day. The work is excellent, everything was explained to us and we are extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Eugene and Airnizer. ~ Adam G

Very professional, informative, honest, and patient. Thoroughly explained the optimal setup for multiple units in the house for the compressors and the AC unit placements and provided reasons (ex:safety, optimal airflow and cooling) as well as other options that can work with pros and cons. Even explained the pros and cons of different brands as well as other electrical works required to accommodate the additional electrical needs as this is upgrade from old AC with an additional unit. This was all during just at the on site inspection for estimates and would highly recommend as they were very responsive via phone calls, texts, and emails to ensure I was informed of their visit at a scheduled time as well as accurate ETA. ~ Chul L

I cannot say enough great things about Eugene and his team! My salons HVAC blew out and we desperately needed a new unit and decided to go with a mini split. From the minute I called them for an estimate to the last day of the job everything was seamless. They are very detail oriented and care about the work they do and keep you informed every step of the way. I was especially stressed out because I’m not very educated on mini splits and am a small business owner and didn’t want to be taken advantage of. They couldn’t have been nicer and even gave me a few different options at different price points and walked me through what each option entailed. After the initial meeting to assess and give a detailed estimate, Eugene and his crew of two men came and completed the installation of 3 Mitsubishi units in two days, where I was also fortunate to be able to coordinate an electrician to work with alongside. Prior to them coming, they alerted me to put down drop cloths for dust--but did everything else--from moving the furniture out of the way and putting it all back, sweeping and disposing of garbage, all within building hours' parameters. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend! They will certainly get busier as the weather warms up, so book them sooner than later! Airnizer was incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They responded immediately to any questions or communication, came out 2 days in a row for service (fit us in at the end of the 2nd day when they had extra time) knowing that we were uncomfortable, even sent the name and photo of the technician who came to service the unit, gave a nearly exact time estimate, explained the issues to us and their evaluation of the problem (what was worth doing and not, why, etc) in a very level way that you really don't often get from anyone in this city, and even tiptoed and tried to keep noise down around the sleeping toddler. We really appreciated Vlad's attention to detail and competence. If you're doing research like I was, they are the most highly rated on several sites, and for good reason. You really can’t find much better than Eugene and his team at Airnizer. I contacted them when I leased a new commercial space in Boerum Hill. They worked with me to find the issue and made sure to stay around to explain the fixes they made, and make sure the system was really working well. It is radiant heat so it took some time to initially warm up, so it was a lot of time that they spent making sure it was working properly. Since then I have reached out to them 3-4 times about separate issues with other spaces I have, and every time they have been responsive and quick. Most recently we had a commercial AC replaced, and while I did not feel the need to shop around their offer (because they were SO reasonable and competitive in the past) they found a time that worked for my business, were prompt on ordering the parts needed, and quickly changed out the unit. Really, a A+ for Airnizer!!! ~ Christy P

Communication was exceptional. I sent an inquiry by email on a weekend. It was not an emergency, but a request for very necessary maintenance on two 18 year old Mitsubishi minisplits, that hadn’t been deep cleaned since they were installed. They got back to me immediately with very clear and detailed descriptions of the range of work and costs. They were very patient and accommodating setting up an appointment for two days later. The techs let us know when they were coming by text and were right on time. They Worked HARD on two filthy indoor units and two moderately dirty outdoor units. They checked them all over, got them clean recharged and working like new. There were no surprises. The office updated me with minor changes to the expected fee. It was not cheap, but a GREAT value. Our health is protected and two good machines can now work at optimal efficiency for years to come. We are thrilled! We highly recommend them. ~ Joyce S

He was friendly and informative during the initial conversation and was very prompt in arriving at our premises. Eugene explained HVAC mini-split and did not try to sell us more than we needed. He made suggestions which actually saved us money overall! He delivered a detailed estimate within 24 hours of meeting with us, which contained both options we had discussed. The installation was completed within several days of contract signing and his crew worked very neat and efficiently. I live in a co-op apartment building in Brooklyn Heights. Sergei and Alex were fantastic! Our HVAC wasn't blowing cold air for quite some months. I'm pretty handy (seriously, I can fix 95%+ of jobs), but even I couldn't figure out the issue. They came in and had the job done in under an hour. They let me ask them questions to better understand our unit. I learned! Even watching them creatively problemsolve to find the solution was entertaining. They even did an all-over visual and auditory check of the system after they completed their work to make sure all the parts sounded like they should, in perfect working order. They were professional, hardworking, clever inspectors, equipped with all the necessary tools, and figured out solutions that previous HVAC maintenance folks couldn't figure out. Put in a request on the Airnizer website and heard back almost right away with available times and dates for an inspection for my mini split that was making a whooshing/wind gust sound. Vlad & Nik stopped by the next day, took a look and recommended a deep clean as my unit was 8 years old and hasn’t been cleaned since. It was filthy—mold and dust accumulation! The cleaning took about an hour and after reassembly had no weird sound anymore! The unit also was able to cool the space more efficiently. I bought a poorly maintained condo and have unfortunately needed a few repairs and replacements for my minisplit system. I’ve used Airnizer every time. Their prices are fair and they’re very responsive and professional. They show up quickly, communicate well, the techs take their shoes off when entering the house and don’t make a mess, and most importantly, they diagnose the problem correctly and get it fixed quickly. Nothing is cheap in New York City, but Airnizer’s prices seem right in line with the market. I cannot recommend Airnizer enough!!! The owner, Eugene, responded to my request for quote immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me to survey my property, within a few days from our initial contact. Upon seeing my property, he was able to knowledgeably advise me of the best size of HVAC I needed, where it should go (given the parameters of my apt), what to tell the electrician (who would be wiring to the outside of the building for it). Then he fit me in earlier than anticipated, and he and his guys did an Amazing job at installing! ... They showed they were honest, hardworking, clean and very good at what you do. ~ Melpi M

My experience with the company started with the intake call from Max. He explained the process for the maintenance and cleaning of my mini split systems and patiently answered my questions. He also scheduled the service for the next day, which was great as my tenants’ split systems needed deep cleaning asap. When Olek arrived, he explained that he would first do a maintenance check of all the units, although I told him and Max that this had already been done by another contractor. However, I am glad Olek did is own maintenance check because he and his colleague, Sergei, found an additional concern with one of the condensers that the other company had not brought to my attention. The deep cleaning were very thorough and they also did a great job with the basic cleaning of the other units. Of course, I will know more once the systems are fully operational in the summer but I was very pleased with the professionalism and overall service provided by Max, Olek and Sergei. Installation and repairs were done quickly, cleanly and without a hitch. These are pros and don't cut corners. You pay for what you receive, and I highly recommend Airnizer. Owner, Eugene, explains to the extent the technical aspects of the job that you may not get it all, but it's clear they know their stuff. My technicians, Sergei and Pavel, were brilliant. Eugene was amazing to work with from the early planning and quoting stages down to the final delivery details. We had a 5 zone/two condensers system installed in our 100+yr old townhouse in Harlem. Rather than starting with quotes on par with average price of single family home as most of his peers, Eugene took his time, walked through the property and came up with creative design solutions that took into account aesthetics, cost and ergonomics and came up with a fantastic overall solution that met our needs and minimized the impact on the property. He worked patiently to all our followup questions and suggestions, he embraced whatever made sense and he didn't shy away from pointing out poor choices our end. He showed on the agreed date and he was done in five days as promised despite a number of unexpected delays caused by us. Through it all he exuded with enthusiasm and openness. Airnizer came in the middle of winter to deep clean our mini split system. They were very thorough, explaining every step of what they were doing and why it was important. However, when we turned the units on in cooling mode for the first time this month, one leaked. I contacted Airnizer, and they sent a technician immediately to see what the problem was. It turned out there was a clog, which they said can happen sometimes after cleaning. As before, they explained the issue in detail, resolved it—and didn't charge me. Airnizer is extremely efficient and effective and I wouldn't hesitate to rely on them again. My apartment had a bizarre ductless mini-split system that had already confounded another company when Airnizer came in to save the day. Airnizer's president Eugene promptly provided a detailed proposal and responded quickly and knowledgeably to my pre-war building's many requests. Airnizer was great! I sent a Yelp request on Sunday afternoon for a broken water heater and by Sunday evening they had scheduled the on-site inspection for Monday. They were able to quickly diagnose/confirm the problem and confirm the replacement parts. They even said they could come back Monday evening to repair but I had plans, so they came on Tuesday morning and were fixed by 2pm. Very happy to have my hot water back in ~48 hrs total. Airinizer came recommended from a neighbor. I finally booked an appointment with them when I needed my HVAC systems serviced. I am very glad I gave them a chance! Service was EXCELLENT and EXTREMELY THOROUGH! They performed diagnostics on my systems first to determine what kind of servicing I may need, then cleaned my mini-split system and performed a deeper clean of my central air system (and boy did it need it!). Updated as job was done! Thank you Eugen and Vlad for diagnostic and solving of my problem. Eugen I personally missed you on my field. 😉 Did not imaging, that Mitsubishi Mr. Slim indoor unit grill can be damaged as corroded in 10 years with annual maintenance and cleaning… It is expensive on the first place and very expensive to maintain, fix and/or replace. The unit, freon and job are expensive… But thanks to professionals it is done. It might be better time managed, but it is what it is. It is done. Thank you 🤞🙏✌️ ~ Iriska F

I was so happy I worked with Airnizer to install a new mini split system in my condo. I had recently purchased the place and the existing system was 13 years old and constantly having issues. Eugene came by to do an assessment and was extremely knowledgable and patient in answering questions. We opted to replace the two inverters and three in door units with a new system.
